“So, last March I decided that I needed to focus on my health after 35+ years of taking care of family, work, work, work, and kid activites. I started training with Jeri Madison twice a week. With that many years, I stress out more about working out that almost anything else. It seems to be a daunting task to deal with looking like an egg with legs and bad keens and a bad back. But I persisted and shortly after I started I talked Randy into going to Jeri too. In wanting to get ready for our big trip in October in about August I started going to my training with Jeri 3 times a week.
I still have a very long way to go but I was able to walk all over the European cobblestone streets for hours. I no longer had to sit down every 5-10 minutes because of back pain and my leg going numb. And Randy’s specific shoulder movement which caused him pain that would make him up at night had improved from about 70-75% movement to about 90% and he rarely had main at night any longer.
Our improvements are all due to Jeri! She listens to you. She’s focused on making sure with each exercise you’re using proper posture to ensure you’re not hurting yourself but improving the support for these areas of concern. She is always asking how your feeling and helps you adjust to a differing position if it’s hurting.
I still stress out just thinking about working out but Jeri has been my inspiration guiding me along my daunting journey.
