Small group training allows a personal trainer to work with more people at once, thus dropping the price of the session for the participants to make personalized fitness instruction more affordable. Group size is limited to 6; small enough to get the individual attention you deserve but large enough for some friendly competition, support, and a whole lot of fun.
If this is your first time coming to a group training session with this trainer, arrive early to briefly go over any injuries and health history so that they can modify the workout to fit your needs.
