Your Personal Trainer will learn about you, your goals and design an entirely individualized exercise routine. You’ll learn proper lifting techniques, which exercises are appropriate and specific to your goals, and be motivate to your full potential.
Pilates focuses on principles including: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. These principles are the foundation of all exercises in Pilates. Pilates can be done with a mat (no equipment), a reformer, chair, tower, or other modalities. Pilates instructors will guide participants through the exercises focusing on incorporating the principles into each movement.
Massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Therapeutic massage can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body.
