And over 2 years later it’s still going strong. And I credit that to where I choose to put in the work and who I do it with. Dudas is like no gym I’ve ever been a part of. It’s literally where everyone knows your name. EVERYONE. Whether you train with them or not. Ashley Page takes the limitations of my back into consideration with every work out. In our one-on-ones and in partner sessions Ashley pushes me to lift more and work harder than I think I am capable of. And outside of that, her group classes are something I plan my weekly schedules around. I hate to miss a Monday! Ashley’s not just my trainer but she has become a friend. So many of the people I have met at Dudas I call friends.“
